Lead times vary by maker and complexity. A custom piece of furniture typically takes 8–16 weeks from commission to delivery. A sculptural work may take 3–6 months. We establish timelines clearly before you commit.
We work with makers who produce detailed drawings, samples and material references before production begins. For larger commissions we can arrange studio visits so you can see work in progress.
A well-defined brief prevents this in most cases. We include approval stages at key points in the process. In the rare case of a genuine defect or significant deviation from the brief, we manage the resolution with the maker.
Yes. For certain materials or techniques — Italian stone, Scandinavian timber craftsmanship, French metalwork — we can source from Europe and manage the import and delivery process.
There is no fixed minimum. A custom cushion cover might cost £200; a large bronze sculpture might cost £50,000. We are happy to help at any level — what matters is that the piece is made right for you.
Tell us what you have in mind — a description, a sketch or just an idea is enough to get started. We will find the right maker and bring it to life.
